“Great selection you can't find in your local shops. The shipping/tracking needs some refinement though. It said shipped in 2 shipments but actually shipped in 3 separate shipments. I wasn't home when the 3rd shipment arrived. FedEx left it without a signature.”

“The supposed free gift added $10 to the shipping charge so how is it free. Felt it was a little deceptive in presentation and had to try and navigate on the website to drop the free gift which was a little annoying.”

“Like the product and the convenience of everything. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. I can find specific bottles I want or I can look around and see what looks interesting to try. I hate the shipping. Fed Ex is very painful to work with I took a half day off of work due to the signature required and they did not show up. When I called them later they said they had tried to deliver it but I was not home. I will now have to pick it up from their facility which is inconvenient and really destroys the point of buying the whiskey online and shipping it to my house. Going forward it makes more sense for me to purchase from a traditional brick and mortar establishment. If I am going to have to go drive to pick it up anyway I way as well pick one that I already know the location of. I do not know what the solution to this is I understand the importance of the signature is but FedEx is so hard to work with. A notice that a package will be delivered today is to broad of a time frame. I have emailed in the past, received great service and the rep was very helpful.”

“I ordered the Vodka advent calendar. I am very satisfied with the product. The only thing I would add to the description of the products is that it takes several weeks for delivery. This was a gift and had I known the lead time was so long, I may have made other arrangements. The price for this product seems a bit high. When looking at other products on the site, I see several products priced above the regular Liquor Control Commission prices. Overall, the product I ordered does make a nice gift and I am sure the recipient will enjoy such a unique product. I look forward to get reactions of the product.”
