“Overall they have been fine. The only frustration I had was in confirming no claims, it was down to me to go back to a previous insurer to verify claims, something that I was expecting Castle to do-but maybe this is an 'industry procedure'? However after I had the information required Castle were quick to change policy costs.”

I phoned them and without much persuasion they dropped the premium by £90.00, this unbelievably was still £65.00 more expensive that Castle Cover.

“It was a very simple and easy process to follow - the only problem I encountered was I wanted to pay for the whole annual premium and somehow it went to monthly payments and the option to go back and amend wasn't clear - so I've had to stick with monthly payments which works out more expensive.”
