CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS HAVE BEEN BRILLIENT BUT WHEN YOU GET A BILL AND PAY IN FULL AND ON TIME AND THEN GET A DEMAND FOR PAYMENT AND ARE TOLD YOUVE BEEN REPORTED TO EXPERIAN CREDIT AGENCY FOR NON PAYMENT

A poor rating is being kind! Absolutley appalling - we've had a leak on our small Allotment field and we agreed to pay the massive bill by Direct Debit until we could sort out who was responsible - I set up the Direct Debit Mandate on Monday for amount agreed over the phone and they responded today 28/7/22 with a Disconnection Notice and an even bigger bill. They need to be stopped! The don't realise the anxiety they are causing by ruthless billing - the notice came with no breakdown of why they were charging such a huge amount. Who are these people?

The worst company that I have EVER had to deal with. Do everything you can to avoid using them. No one has a clue as to what is going on and my parents have been sent bills for over ten thousand pounds with no explanation as to why (they used to be £3615 for 6 months) and they send threatening letters of further action. My father is having end of life care and this is all he is stressing about and it is going to finish him off. The only time they got bac kto me was when aI posted a por review on trustpilot, i am hoping this may have the same effect. They are shocking .

Thames water appointed Castle water as the agent to collect the money for the water we use we never chose this company, from day one they want 6 months money in advance of which 7 days after yo receive there bill you are getting demands and RED letters bearing in mind we hadn't even used the water at this time so as soon as i could i changed suppliers who are far cheaper and make no demands the problem i'm still having after 3 and a half months they wont give us back the money sitting in our account of £208.74 and just keep making excuses and saying leave it another 4 weeks my advise would steer well clear thers plenty of other suppliers out there

i have had to request our water bill 4 times now, and still have not received it. As soon as your bill is not paid, they put you on the bad payer list with Experian I am told to go to my online account. I dont have an online account. for 2 bills a year its not worth it, No to online account YES to my paper bills please. It amazes me how the overdue letter comes out quick enough in paper form. YES WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH. AND NEVER ANSWER EMAILS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Or you might not have an option!! The water industry should be ashamed of its lack of control over companies that are using out dated information to make money. If I could I would award them less than one star! DO NOT SIGN UP TO THEM. Out of the blue we get a bill, no metre reading no visit generated from a computer. Called and explained that we do not have a toilet or a sink and that the water has been switched off for 5 years. Then we get threatening letters telling us bailiffs will be actioned and that interest will be applied. After calls and emails which resolved nothing we contacted Resolve (where the case is still open) and asked them to intervein, they have helped, however nothing was getting resolved. So we had to switch to another company to resolve the matter. Castle water owe us money and informed us it will take months!! to process us. They use tactics which in any other industry would not be accepted. My advise is use any other company other than Castle Water.

Similar experience to other reviewers. Castle Water are trying to say we are a customer of theirs and we aren't. Never have been never will but we are getting letters demanding overdue payment. Written twice and spoken to customer services but they don't listen. They can whistle for the money and take me to court where I'll have my day with them.

Difficult to know where to start with our dreadful experience of dealing with this company (specifically billing and complaints). Never, in my 36 years of running our business, have I come across such ineptitude and intransigence - it is like trying to communicate and reason with malfunctioning robots. After a year of stress, we have finally decided to cut our losses, close our account and go elsewhere. Avoid this company like the plague!

How can this company continue trading I have never in my life experienced such ruthless people, final demands late penalty charges, threats of dept collectors bill after bill more bills , I sent dozens of emails explaining I didn’t owe this amount of money , phoned then numerous times taking up to 30mins to talk to someone each time someone different each time promising to sort my bill out , guess what nothing happened, eventually after many sleepless night I paid them , and now they have admitted they I’ve been over charged why has this taken nearly 4months to sort out , my advice take your business elsewhere they don’t deserve it !! I have given them seven days to refund my money watch this space might be my turn to issue them £75 late payment charge

They charged me over £1700 for my water bill, found out had a internal leak. Applied for leak allowance but was rejected as it was internal! Now they have sent so many threatening letters and added charges taking the cost to £1900. The people on the call centre were very rude and unhelpful. One of the worse companies to deal with and do not wiish anyone to have to deal with such a unprofessional establishment. I also do not understand why you would get companies to pay for water they havent even used yet by charging 6 months in advance. Just a way to make more money for yourselves without the concern of the effects on SMEs. SHAMEFUL

They sent random 2200£ bill for 6 month. Sent them pics of meter but won’t listen and recovery team sending threatening letters. They bully, and are truly non sense people. Anyone out in uk authorities, help small businesses. I am contacting a solicitor to stop them bullying me.

Truly awful. 3 times I've had to call back to get them to do the same basic thing. Each time they confirmed they'd done it, each time I called back a couple of weeks later and they had no record of it having been done. Is this even a real company or some kind of complex scam? Atrocious

My experience with castle water has been a nightmare I wanted to switch away in august 2021 . They made nearly impossible I finally switched in January it’s now March and I am waiting for a refund . I have pleaded to them many time to process the refunds, but nothing ever happens

The mafia in disguise. They called me two years after I had left the premises and closed the company, to claim money from me for a premises which had the water bill included, owned and run by Workspace Group. They had previously also tried to bill me for an occupant who had hired the space in the years before I moved in. This is a company trying to look "respectable" but who behave with the mentality of the mafia. Their main occupation is bullying people for money, under the guise of water services.

These clowns couldn't run the proverbial drinks do in a brewery let alone a water company. No bills, threatening letters due to non-payment of non-bills, daily interest on the previous and then legal threats for 88p accued interest. COWBOYS. Avoid.

Honestly Rubish service rip of no one person I spoke to seem to know what to do . They charge me back for few years and I was not even a customer with them they took the account without my permission I don’t even agree contract with them and they want to charge unbelievable number. If I have a water park I will not have this bill . Can’t describe enough how bad this castle water . They should change the name to the Rubish service water
