“I've had nothing but issues with this website. I purchased FIFA points, £71.99 worth. They have not went onto my account, all proof of that has been sent through to them. They do not care a jot. They also have a "promotion" for Cdkoins that build up like clubcard points. Biggest difference between the two though is you can actually spend your clubcard points. In summary, they dont give you the productions you buy and when you complain they tell you there is nothing they can do and their promotions are fake. Stay away at any cost!!”

“Just rubbish, they advertise instant downloads available but in reality they take more than a full working day to even begin to process your order. Useless. Just pay slightly more and buy from a reputable source.”

“Criminals! My Stepmother spent £80 on cd-keys this Christmas and they have stole the lot! How can they be allowed to get away with this?! She purchased a steam voucher for £50 and gifted it to my son on his 18th birthday when he tried to use it it said it had already been redeemed. Emailed several times and they are refusing to resolve the issue! She also spent £30 on vouchers on the 5th December which he tried to use yesterday and said awaiting codes. They have advised me these were out of stock but they'll get more stock in soon?! What on earth!!! Happy to take £80 of money but we have no product to show for it?! Completely ruining an 18th birthday gift and Christmas present. So shocked and disgusted they are allowed to get away with this!”

“They sent a code which had been redeemed. Sent photographic proof that the code was used long before my purchase date. Just got auto replies which just sought to fob me off. So be aware, if things go wrong, you will likely lose out.”

“I have bought fifa 21 multilanguage (I checked that italian language was included before purchasing) and they sent me a key already redeemed, so I wrote to the support that sent me another key, this time a working one, butonce I redeemed it. i could only download the game in english, polish, russian, czech and turkish. So I asked for a refund and they said that the game was redeemed. Don't buy on their website. They're not reliable!!”

“Supplied me with a used activation code and have told me, they want my account history and no apology. I'm day 2 after spending over 7 hours attempting to resolve the issue on day one. I also had two emails off two different members of staff. Both sent me the same email word for word. A least if you buy from xbox they deal and sort your issue straight away.”

“Awful experience. The code they sent did not work on the xbox. So I tried on the Microsoft account and it redeemed it in dollars. Went to xbox for support and they said the code is for the wrong region. Customer services are not helpful. So far, no refund and very disappointed kids!”

“Not refunding when supposed to. I have been using this site for 5+ years, never had an issue, but last week I ordered a PC game, and never received the key, just got some system error. So ultimately I requested a refund and bought the game somewhere else. Then received a customer "care" response saying my product has been activated so I'm not getting a refund. Well this is a plain lie because I have never activated my product, and now I have to argue for my refund. I think this site is selling illegit keys now.”

“Bought a 3 month Playstation Plus key and never received the key. Emailed with no response, also their customer support phone number doesnt work. They didnt even send me a verification email of my order or anything but were happy to take my money. Complete FRAUD!”

“On the 30th of August, I bought a V-bucks for my grandson, when I tried to redeem it shows that it was already redeemed. I asked the company my money back as we did not redeem the v-bucks. Playstation investigated and the v-bucks code was redeemed on the 24 th of August, six days before I bought. I lost £20. Don't trust!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. Preordered a game, after release the website never got passed an error code *please try again* later. Contacted support and they told me "the key has already been access and used". That's right even with the website still showing the error code they tell me that the key was already accessed. This company and its employees lies through their teeth and is there to scam you. Any further email to them is ignored, had to get my money back from a bank charge back. Stay well away.”

“Its 3rd time i used them, and unfortunatelly this time i received code that wasn't working. Emailed costumer service, got quick response back asking for couple screen shots witch i sent them and then every day for more then 3 weeks i chase for update on my case and always same answer: we are dealing with your case and will get you answer shortly. Seriously? its been nearly a month since i paid money to them and up to this moment of time still waiting. Very disapointed, won't use ever again, and i can talk from my experiance, but i my case it works 66% chance to get good working code, but if you are unlucky like me then.... You will have to spend lots of your time to try and get refund or replacement code. P. S i am still waiting 😢 but i loosing faith to get anything back and if i won't i will publish email conversations from costumer service so you don't have even try as it won't get you anywhere.”

“Appalling. Sold me a key that was already redeemed. I followed all steps and showed them irrefutable evidence that it was not redeemed by me. Despite this they refuse to refund my purchase because Xbox Live support no longer provides the date and time that a code was activated on their new protocol so CDKeys cannot get a refund from their supplier. So what if you can’t get a refund? You sold me a faulty key full stop. Be very careful. This will be my last purchase from this site as it is a temperamental fraud.”

“Someone fraudulently used my financial information to purchase from here. It could not have been any more obvious it was fraud as they made purchase and then immediately changed email for delivery. Company will not refund. They also don’t want to give email up for security reasons so protects the thief just not me.”

“Cd keys is a great company-when it works!! When it doesn't it is the worst. I bought a key from them that didn't work(after buying many that did) and they have kept the money!! They WILL NOT respond to emails and I was rudely spoken to in the live chat that I waited 90mins for with no resolution. I feel totally scammed and will never use them again. Avoid at all cost!!”
