“Cerebral has been a lifesaver for me! I don't drive and rarely have a ride anywhere, so when I moved to a totally new city and state I needed to find a doctor quickly. Cerebral takes care of everything. I don't have to bug anyone for a ride or ride a bus to get to a doctor and the price is a fraction of what I was paying to see a doctor and get my medication. Highly recommend!”

“I have been on Prozac for over 15 years, and I have had 3 separate doctors during that time. None of the doctors had ever actually stopped and asked how I was doing, after asking if the medication was working. I was never given guidelines on how to manage living with anxiety/OCD. Whatever I have learned was what I have taught myself. Coming to Cerebral I have felt heard from the first step. I was given links on coping and living. I was never offered counseling options by any of my previous doctors; having that option with Cerebral is amazing.”
“The availability of therapists was limited. It took 2-3 weeks to get my first prescription. And when I decided to cancel, they charged me anyway. Do not recommend.
Update: my first cancellation request didn’t get finalized by the representative assisting me. So that’s why I was charged for another month. I started the cancellation process again and was refunded that month. However, I was then charged for medications the day after my cancellation took place. This was also refunded after I contacted them. HOWEVER. It should be noted that I previously requested that my prescriptions be sent to my local pharmacy so my insurance would cover the cost. And this wasn’t done.
So overall, I still do not recommend.”
