“I think that your fares are very in line with most discount online companies. However, you did not list several airlines that had lower fares one being Norse Atlantic Airlines”

“Didn't realize there were going to be so many fees I usually use Google flights and I thought I would try something different, I think I'll stick to Google it has a lot less fees but if I decide to use something different I might choose cheap flights again.”

“Very easy to find the cheapest flights. I have two questions: why, on Business Class, $16 to reserve seats? Also there are two optioins that seem to overlap. Flight cancellation insurance as well as trip insurance ( which seems to include flight cancellation). It would be better to outline whether both are needed - or not.”

“I booked a one way flight from Frankfurt, Ge, to Newark, Nj, on Lufthansa for August 8, 2024. When reviewing my booking on Lufthansa's website, I notice that in addition to the flight I booked, there was also a flight booked for August 9 ,Houstn to Belize, an October 4, New York to Frankfurt.. Lufthansa Customer Service said to call Cheapflightsfares Customer Service, which I did. I was told not to worry, this was some sort of standard procedure and the unrequested bookings would disappear. However after two days, they are still there. It's been 48 hours, and although I haven't been charged for them, but I would like them to go away. Customer service has been in touch via text, email, and phone, and assures me thaat this is a random issue that occurs occasionally per other customers, but no one is ever charged for the unrequested flights, and they do disappear from the itinerary. They also contacted Lufthansa, and asked them to send me an email confirming my flight and seat selection, which they did. I've revised my initial review thanks to their efforts resolve my concerns. I don't mind improving my rating and revising my review again following my flight if all goes well.”

“I booked one price and received a booking number, after payment. I was told later that it wasn't purchased as the price has changed. I was pressured to buy another ticket, that was 40 dollars morea and told if I don't that I risk not being able to fly, as there were only 2 seats left (which was a FALSE). Never booking from this site again.”
