“Your associate tried hard to help me. However, in spite of the fact that when booking I noted the standard 24 hour cancellation policies I was told it was not possible when booking through your company; is that accurate? If correct I can not use your services in the future”

“Good fares and easy to navigate. Although I had problems to buy the insurance protection because in the payment process Puerto Rico did not appear in the list of states. I needed the assistant of an agent.”

“I was directed to Live Chat. I don't think Brooke,( agent behind live chat) was very knowledgeable regarding baggage policies. I purchased a round trip ticket for my husband John to Poland.She was not aware that Carry on luggage is free with International flights. I was charged 120.for roundtrip carry on luggage fees. How do I get this refunded.?? 7/22/24 please advise cost of checked in bag. I might want to change from carry on, to checked in luggage.”
