“I paid for baggage but when I got to the airport my air line said I don’t pay, I got connected by cheap flights and they giving me a refund of 82.14$ usd thank god”

“Bait and switch: Made reservation and got a call within a half hour saying that fare was no longer available, but lots of more expensive fares were. I resisted upgrading to the more expensive fares and just said cancel my order if they couldn't provide the original quoted fare. Two hours later, I received a confirmation for tickets for the original fare. In looking at online reviews, seems like a common tactic here. Won't use them again.”

“It was fine until for medical reasons I had to cancel, it was within 24 hours the gentleman on the phone was not very nice, I explained to him I’m a veteran and had some operations in February. I did get the refund I hope it’s in my bank shortly”

“The fares might be not too bad but the time you put the other costs then it is not cheap. It's hard when you only have real cheap flights is at the end of the month.”

“Very easy to use, it was intuitive for me. I was a little bit, disappointed that there weren’t options to upgrade my seat so that I could pre-pay for my checked bag (that’s why it’s four stars instead of five). From what I saw compared to the airlines homepage, Cheap Flights saved me around $200 on my trip to Iceland. My trip isn’t until summertime, so we’ll see how the check in actually goes.”
