“I booked a flight with American Express card, which I am in very good standing with, for a decent price. It was declined. Gabriel said they except American Express, American Express’s Notes said they do not except it. I had to pay a higher price with a different card due to the time lapse.”

“Poor customer service , within 24 hours I’m Credit card was compromised after booking my flight with CFF, my bank alerted me with the fraud , card was cancelled . Well IF you pick your seats with CFF they do two separate charges you get charged from the airline you book with for the ticket and spectate charge for the seat you want for your flight . This made it very inconvenient when the card was cancelled due to fraud and CFF went and tried to run a second transaction for seat fee instead of combining it with the first transaction cost of plane ticket . SO I had to call CFF (spoke with 3 different reps each telling me different info) ended up giving another personal card info over the phone to process the seat selection $16.00 (and now another stranger has all my cc info) I’m not happy with this site and kick myself for using it .”

“Really disappointed with the service were we tested positive for Covid and they can’t even wave the cancellation fee or refund our ticket. They gave us vouchers for it but still had to pay $35 extra for cancellation which is out of our control when you get Covid! They need to change that policy”
