“I will never use you again I made a mistake on the date so I called back in within the 24 hour period to change the flight date to the 20th of October instead of the 19th and he told me no problem I can change it for you your a Senior Citizen right sir yes I am he aside no problem then he said it won’t cost you anymore. Then he stated oh it’s going to cost you 212.00 more for the change. Because the fare went up. I thought you just told me about this and then said I have to re add on the baggage I said okay the fare went from 515.72 to over 718.00 very dissappointed will never use you again when I could have gone with Southwest for a lot cheaper.”

“I have a little problem with checking out so I backed out. Got a email with a promo code for 20.00 off that I didn’t see. Wish I would have seen that email. Otherwise it was pretty simple.”

“Needed to change a flight because my grandma had a heart attack and they charged me $150 to change it or $100 to cancel it even though my flight was $320 before changes. I understand the policy with no travel insurance but I felt like I was taken advantage of.”

“It was good, I just didn’t like that the price went up twice for some other fees when I had to pause my trip a day. And also get charged a cancellation fee on top of that for changing days. Other than that they were very helpful”
