“Good price, good service, good flight. My first thought after purchasing my tickets was uncertainty. "Why is this 30% cheaper than everyone else"? Then I saw the message AFTER the purchase that I would receive my tickets within 24 hours. Well the flight was a last minute change in business travel, purchased only 25 hours after before boarding. So I thought "here goes, I'm going to learn the flight didn't get purchased". But it was. I called their customer service, and a very nice lady put me on hold for under 2 minutes and confirmed that I would receive my ticket notice in an hour. And I did. Then I noticed that the seats weren't assigned and it would require an upgrade to pick seats. "Ok," I thought, "here's where I get scammed out of that 30% savings, and probably more." But no, the seats were assigned once I got to the airport, and in fact Alaska put me in an exit row because I'm 6'6" and a non-reclining seat would be AWFUL.”

“I saved over $200 using Cheap Flights. It was easy and very affordable. This was an unexpected trip. One week to get tickets, and the other airlines were outrageous. I had a question, so I called them. They were happy to help and I got my answer. I waited to write a review until I got back. I was very pleased.”

“HI! I was contacted by cheapflightsfares shortly after my not so favorable rating. The representative took time to listen to my experience and my frustration with handling my flight reservations. He assured me that Cheapflightsfares is available 24/7 to answer any questions I might have and even helping to find a cheaper price if one is available! I am not comfortable booking flights. It makes me nervous. So I am happy to report that CheapFlightsFares will always provide expert assistance to old grandmas like me. “All great in general. Just don't understand why we have to pay $64 for 2 persons to reserve our seats. Never had to pay for business class seats before. Especially that Lufthansa/Discover don’t take money in there website…”
