“You should count on bring on luggage included in your cheap price. Charged additional $500 to include carryon luggage making it not so cheap.”

“No communication what so ever. I booked a flight for next day travel and immediately got a confirmation email. The email said I would receive my tickets within 2-24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing! I call Cheap Flights Fares and they are like “oh yeah, we aren’t giving you tickets because the price we had on our website was a discounted rate and we don’t want to sell you that price anymore. You have to pay us more money if you want to travel!” Why was this never communicated? Why did I have to be the one to pay for a mistake the company made?”

“No compren vuelos por esta página, compré mi boleto con derecho a 2 maletas y cuando llegue al aeropuerto me dijieron que no tenía había comprado las maletas; lo que más rabia me dio fue que compré el vuelo más costoso para no tener problema, y fue todo lo contrario.”

“Was looking for a nonstop flight from Denver to Cabo for my wife and I, and very disappointed with how high the fares were. Got on Cheap Flights and found a fare that worked. Just happy to have it done, so I don’t have to worry about it. I recommend Cheap Flights to compare what’s out there, it worked for me.”
