“We got stuck in Paris on 12/12/2023 ticketed on Fly Play Airlines, and Iceland was having an ATC strike. We needed to get back to the USA. These folks helped me out more than you can imagine. “We were directed to this website looking for flights to Puerto Rico on Kayak. I got a very good price on a round trip flight and Gerald was very helpful. I was able to verify with a ticket code that I had booked a flight on Spirit Airlines. Gerald was great about walking me through the process, even when I panicked and was afraid this site was a scam. He even offered some alternative ways to get to San Juan, such as other airports, airlines and slightly different times, which was helpful. We had a wonderful experience.”
