“Tickets had gone to spam, but I was quickly notified by Cheap Flights that the tickets had been sent last week, almost immediately. My fault for not checking spam more. I apologize. WoW - great customer service and I have my tickets to Costa Rica!!! I'm a happy camper.”

“Cheap Flights Fare customer support is great. I booked my flight late at night and got it at a great price. However, I saw the next morning the payment didn't go through. I called Cheap Flight customer support and they were able to rectify it and provide it at the same original price.”
