“Unable to get full refund nor refund for checked bag fees even though I wanted to cancel 24 hours in advanced as stated but Fernando said I couldn’t and said a nonstop flight was about $1000 give or take. Unbelievable and unsatisfied with his customer service. ZERO STARS.”

“Terrible experience. needed to call for 30 minutes to get the seats I had already chosen put on my airline account. there is a random flight to belieze also under my itinerary. was told it would be taken care of in 48 hours, and it has not. Will never use them again.”

“Fares OK but they couldn't honor a confirmed flight. I cant use a system I cant trust. The Booking number was different from airline record locator so I had to wait in line close to an hour to check in with the airline desk even though I had no carry on luggage Never again!”

“You are a scam company switch and baiting throughout c the whole transaction!! Is my intention to report t this incident to the consumer advocacy better business beuro and the attorney general when I get back to Boston! I bought a ticket going from Swiss Air to Zurich .. After I booked the transaction, you immediately called me and changed my ticket from Lufthansa to Frankfort! You switched and baited me! Course the man assured me that that flight was not there. Well how did I buy it then? And then you booked me on this flight. I bought a ticket with all my baggage, one for check-in, one hand on and one carry-on! Your representative assured me that that would be the case so I let it be. Then I saw returning flights coming from JFK back to Athens in my itinerary. Then I called back. The first person was rude. I couldn't understand. Him told me to call back. The second person told me I got a cheap flight and that baggage wasn't included. Then when I complained he told me that the baggage was included and then I went through the check-in. I saw it that the baggage was included and then I get to the airport and I had to pay for the baggage. You switch invaded me throughout the whole process and I can't believe you're in business. I will make sure that you don't do this to anyone else again... I wanted to fly so it's here. You put me on lufanza now I don't even know if I'm going to get my connecting flight because the flights are delayed. It's been just the overall bad experience. You know how to cheap flight service. You're a cheap company with poor representatives and you don't know how to handle your customer. This isn't over. I will make sure I complain to every American agency against you and I will leave such bad reviews for you on Google and tell people to watch out for you. This isn't over by any means. How dare you what you did to me switch and bait tactics.. Your refund my purchase and then recharge me after assuring me I get a bag to make sure I get no bag and different flights that I actually booked. You should be penalized for this and I will make sure agencies know.. And if we still have l rights in America, I will pursue those rights. How dare you what you did to me. You're a scam company and I'm lucky I even have a ticket”
