“An executive has been working with me on getting my refund back. As of yet it is not refunded but I was promised it would be taken care of immediately. Once I receive my refund I will do another post. Again, I have been reassured the matter is being taken care of.”

“Got to the airport and airline said my flight was cancelled because of fraud. I got no email or text from cheap flights then when I called the rep from cheap flights kept saying I canceled it”

“I tried to get a flight from a different company and they would not give me the price for the flight that was showing on their website they called me and said they couldn’t give me that flight because of where the flight was going and the dates so I canceled it and came back to you. Your company has always shown what the price is for your customers and where they want to go and on the dates they want . Thank you so much Wilson Emery”

“I was told after I reserved flights at one price that the price had changed and I would have to pay about $200 more. However, the website showed the cheaper fare was available. After quite a few calls and my insistence that I be refunded, I will be. It was a frustrating experience since it took a lot of time to get resolved. I wasn’t very happy. The one positive thing was that I was always able to get through to Cheap Flights quickly. I did appreciate that.”
