“When I booked the flight it said I had 24 hours if I had to cancel, for free (all money refund). This has never happened to be before but 2 hours after, I had to cancel and they charged me $50 per ticket for canceling. Be honest to people DON’T LIE!!”

“Was charged a price, then called back, and told I needed to give them more money 30 mins later. Then they changed the name on my reservation and fl refused to fix it. Will never use cheap tickets again, and am debating posting this on social medias: where I have 10+ million followers”

“It was fine to start with. Then 2 days after booking my flight I get a call and am told they are unable to add my carry on baggage to either flight. I have a feeling that this is so I can be charged double for my luggage. Pretty lowsy trick. I will not be paying more than the original $90 total for luggage both directions. $45 each way. K.C. “Easy straightforward booking on line at nice prices, excellent rating. The only issue I had was a phone call from a supposed CFF agent claiming I had to re- book something he couldn't explain and when asked for my card number I knew it was a scam and hung up. I knew if there was an issue with my flight booking I would have received an email or text which never happened.Fraudsters every where out there! Beware! Other than that experience, CFF is a great option for finding good deals!”

“I ordered online is 4 tickets. It can’t check out since they said only 3 tickets available. I have to add additional money for the ticket. I can’t cancel my flight because it’s pending.”

“Do yourself a favor and book with a reputable company! After purchasing tickets for a flight along with cancellation insurance they did not refund the tickets. THIS WHY I PURCHASED CANCELLATION INSURANCE!! I'd give negative stars if I could. UPDATE: Cheap Flight Fares is requesting that I remove this review. Man the nerve!!! I beg you, the prospective customer, to use any travel company except this one, unless you want to pay for services not rendered.”
