“They are VERY misleading. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude, and can be downright NASTY. For a representative to tell me that I booked a very cheap flight, so what do I expect .... ???? Plus of course they are India based so communication is difficult at it's best. Basically tell you, you're on your own.”

“Had to call customer service to see if my seat I tried selecting when I purchased my ticket went through because it didnt indicate that when I was finished. Joshua was super helpful, got the seat I had requested, and at no extra charge. Great customer service experience, thanks again Joshua!”

“CheapFlightsFares.com appears to have the cheapest rates around. When my Christmas Day flight was cancelled due to a mechanical error, Dominic and Ritchie worked very patiently with me (my new bank kept rejecting the purchase!) and found me another cheap flight, $1000 less than most airlines were offering. I am very grateful to them”

“I was very happy with how easy it was to find the perfect. I had many choices to choose from. Received all that I need to go to Texas in March. The price of the trip was great. But to be able to get 1 suitcase cost more than the airfare. But still, it was a good price.”
