“You are asking for a review but you didn't email me my flight info. From Lax to San Francisco on April 20 and coming back on the 24th San Francisco to LA. Can you pls email it to me so i have a booking reference on flights at Gallowayco@aol.com I called you, that was so quick he gave me my booking reference thru my billing address. He was so helpful. “price was ok. Site was a little cumbersome. I needed the airline codes to get my seats. I called. A nice person took my data and said he'd be back with the codes. It seemed to take longer than I thought. When he came back he said my seats would cost an additional $400. and he'd be happy to help me. I was skeptical as I had Business and first class seats, so I just asked for the codes for the 2 airlines and thanked him. I told him I'm more comfortable doing it on my own. He didn't resist. Cost for seats:$00.00. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I lack trust for Cheap Flights.”

“Terrible experience so far. I bought 3 seats, 2 adults and 1 for a child under 18 months. I wanted to pay for the extra seat for extra room. They then claimed i didn’t pay for it, but they would add it “for free”. There customer service person was terrible and real slimmy to deal with.”

“I found the same fare directly on Spirit’s website. If I hadn’t already purchased through Cheap Flight Fares, I would have purchased directly from Spirit. Checked bags were actually cheaper when directly purchased from Spirit, so in the end, I paid more! I probably wouldn’t bother looking at your site again. It was also cumbersome to wait for payment to be processed and my e-ticket to be issued. That process is faster and smoother when purchasing directly from the airline.”
