“The call centre agent told ne the seat class was sold out, which did not appear to be the case as the flight is less than 1/2 full. I complained about the new price and a manager was able to sort things out and bring the price back in line with my original expectations.”

“I wasn’t sure if this company actually got the cheaper price which saved me 20% vs the other listings. So they first said so I wanna change flight dates and open for prices. When I chatted with them. So for me that was super suspicious. But then 15 mins later I got my ticket at my locked price. Was super happy. Thank you again !”
