“Very nice that they helped me through a credit card issue. However they double billed me and when the reimbursed the second charge the exchange rate was $60 less. Ugh. However the company caught this error and corrected it. Thank you so much and sorry for the challenges”

“My final deal was perfect however it wasn’t my first booking. After I booked and it is confirmed in writing, I was called to say there was a problem with one flight and they could fix it and improve the one stop with a nonstop. They asked for $1100 more I said no. Asked for my money back. Got a call from their resolution person who worked it out. Not sure what happened but I have suspicions. Wouldn’t you?”

“They deivered exactly what they said they would deliver. In our case, it was discounted international flights. The only shortfall was that it took almost 12 hours before the tickets were confirmed which created a little stress since cancelation window is 24 hrs; and after reading some of the questionable reviews, I was anxious thinking that I had made the wrong choice. Fortunately, I was able to use a pay later option which provided some assurance in case there was problem at least I'd have some recourse. But I worried for nothing because everything went exactly as planned.”

“While the prices are great it's hard to manage my booking myself which I am used to. Don't like that so gave you a 4*. Plus I can't print my own boarding passes. If I want to make changes I have to call which for me his an inconvenience”

“At the end of the day I received my tickets l, but due to everything that happened in between purchasing and receiving my ticket, I lost trust and thought I was being scammed. To cancel a ticket purchased within 24 hrs you need to to call (can’t do it online) and getting a hold of someone is really hard. Once you get a hold of an executive, they try to convince you not tu cancel your ticket by saying you will receive it in 15 minutes or so. Then that doesn’t happen and I have to call again and the lack of reliability and professionalism makes me not want to trust. Wouldn’t use this platform again.”
