“Overall, the purchasing process was a good one. But when I wanted to get my seats assigned they want to charge me $700 to assign my seat seats, I then called British Airways and found out my seats had already been assigned at zero cost”

“Good service. There should be no need to charge me $8 each to pick out my buisness class seats. As soon as I was ticketed I did so directly with the airline for free.”
