“I am a little bummed that I am unable to do any last minute upgrades. I didn't know that my seating selection would not allow this but it is what it is. We got the flight we needed, definitely hoping to fly out at an earlier date but the airfare was a lot more. Thank you for the assistance and help.”

“I will not use this service again. After locking into a price and submitting my credit card information, I was under the impression I had purchased my tickets. I later received an “urgent” message to call back because apparently the reservation price is based on airline availability, which is not checked in advance. I was given a more expensive option and pressured into making an immediate decision without being able to investigate other options. There may be small print alerting of this procedure, but it is not openly apparent, and is not transparent business practice.”

“I booked a flight that I was happy with for my trip to St. Thomas. Within an hour, I received a call and was told that my return flight was no longer available. Not only did I have to change my flight plan that included a 5 hr layover, I also had to pay more. I did a appreciate that Cheapflightsfare did credit some of the extra cost.”

“Overall, the purchasing process was a good one. But when I wanted to get my seats assigned they want to charge me $700 to assign my seat seats, I then called British Airways and found out my seats had already been assigned at zero cost”
