“Booked a flight. They said they couldn't honor the price. I called them and they sorted it out after about 20 mins of back and forth.”

“I was doing price comparisons had 2 windows open never pressed to complete purchase said pending and next day it had changed to purchase. I purchased with AA because it was cheaper and I did not have to purchase insurance extra. Now they are not wanting to refund my money. I tried to call and ask to speak with someone the man was very rude and said we don’t give your money back. Didn’t even try to make different arrangements or ask if I wanted credit. Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend I recieved a call back and they are going to credit back my account the represenitive I spoke with was polite and helpful.”

“I am a little bummed that I am unable to do any last minute upgrades. I didn't know that my seating selection would not allow this but it is what it is. We got the flight we needed, definitely hoping to fly out at an earlier date but the airfare was a lot more. Thank you for the assistance and help.”

“Overall, the purchasing process was a good one. But when I wanted to get my seats assigned they want to charge me $700 to assign my seat seats, I then called British Airways and found out my seats had already been assigned at zero cost”

“The website was difficult to use. It would not let me see my credit card number as I typed it in. I could see the expiration date and the 3-digit code, but not the number. Unbeknownst to me, it grabbed a different credit card number (with a different expiration date & code) that was stored in my computer and tried to charge my flight fare to it. Then I got a call from my credit card company that there was a suspicious charge on my card, which took me a half-hour to resolve. Then another 15 minutes on the phone with Cheapflightsfares to get them to charge to the correct credit card. I will never use Cheapflightsfares website again. If I ever choose to use Cheapflightsfares again, I will call them by phone.”

“I'm excited to fly via CheapFlightsFares. Just waiting on a Spirit confirmation for my flight tomorrow 11:51am LAX to Detroit. The 7 digit confirmation does not work on the Spirit website.”

“Booked a flight and then requested to cancel within 24 hours. Cheapflightsfares refunded the cost of my four tickets less $150 which was provided as a travel credit towards a future flight. This seemed like a fair offer since I do expect to book additional flights in the next year.”
