“You guys did an excellent job getting my flight scheduled. Then, the next day, I tried to add a carry on bag and you took my $77 but it didn't go through. I had to add it on through the airport. It worked out better for me anyway, now I get my carry on AND priority boarding for less than what you were charging me for my carry on. At least they refunded my $77.”

“This one was good but all others are not as advertised. Fares are never as low as what is posted and then they change the air carrier that ends up costing more money. These experiences seem all like a scam of bait and switch. I will never use this site again.”

“I paid for baggage but when I got to the airport my air line said I don’t pay, I got connected by cheap flights and they giving me a refund of 82.14$ usd thank god”

“Very easy to use, it was intuitive for me. I was a little bit, disappointed that there weren’t options to upgrade my seat so that I could pre-pay for my checked bag (that’s why it’s four stars instead of five). From what I saw compared to the airlines homepage, Cheap Flights saved me around $200 on my trip to Iceland. My trip isn’t until summertime, so we’ll see how the check in actually goes.”

“I've reserved a one-way business class ticket from Budapest to LAX using a fare advertised on KAYAK. I checked the following day but no ticket issued and no CC charged. I called and learned that the fare on this airline was no longer available. I was very alarmed but asked to speak to a manager (Oscar). He tried to honor the fare of this airline but wasn't able to, but finally was able to get me the same fare at a similar dep and arrival times on a different airline. Kudos to Oscar for finding a solution. My disappointment was that I needed to check and call on my own as I was never notified of the initial issue in the first place. Still, I would use them again because of their commitment to finding an acceptable resolution.”

“This is not the first time I have purchased airline tickets through cheapflightsfares. My children are in college, and I purchase round-trip tickets so they can return home during holidays and summer. I have easy access to watch the price of flights increasing or decreasing by notifications from Cheapflightsfares. The only aspect I don’t recommend is speaking to a customer service representative. They quote“higher prices” than what is actually on the online website. I also do not recommend calling to clarify or question a booking. You will not receive a return response. However, the actual flights and pricing are competitive. I highly recommend Cheapflightsfares. I have not been disappointed yet.”
