“Well after booking because fares were reasonable got a surprise that we needed an additional amount close to 50% later on due to holiday demands So had to opt for a cheaper flight timetable. However fares have been affordable, Thank you”

“There was some issue for our reservation and problem for increasing price among the send-out tickets, but their customer service was acceptable.”

“I didn’t like the price because it was just about the same price as other every $3 cheaper. I had to pay for my bag at the check bag station and I think it should’ve been included for the price. Then I had to book out of charlotte to get the flight I need and that was a 2 hour drive.”

“I purchased tickets for a specific date. When the tickets showed up in my email, they were for a different date. I noticed immediately and got ahold of them within 10 minutes. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. After discussing the issue, they were able to offer to find a different flight for us. It wasn’t ideal but they did work with me to make a bad situation better.”
