“First time booking through a 3rd party company. Purchase confirmation came through immediately but the issued eticket did not come for a few hours. I wanted to confirm with the airline on the ticket but needed the eticket. I was a bit worried about it and contacted customer service and they responded immediately (online chat). They were able to get me the eticket shortly after to confirm with the airline. I think that the unique very cheap fare required a bit more time to issue the ticket - so this was prob why the delay. It took about 5 hours after booking to get the ticket but was very pleased once the ticket came through and I was able to confirm the flight with the airline directly. The only issue arose from booking through the third party (which was the only one that offered this cheaper fare) - so I could not make changes directly with the airline online which is usally pretty straight forward and easy; but if you wanted to make changes you had to go through CFF. I was going to try to change some things but since I couldn't do it on the actual airline website I chose not to make any changes. I did not try to contact CFF about any changes and kept the flight I booked. I did not have any problems. It did take them about 5 hours to get me a eticket number with the airline which worried me but they did get it to me and I was able to confirm the flight with the airline directly at that point. No complaints as I realize that booking the cheaper ticket through the 3rd party means that you cannot modify the tickets through the airline portal but need to go through the booking agent. They certainly got me the cheapest flight out there for me and everything was carried out exactly as I had booked.”

“UPDATE I was contacted about my issues and it was resolved and u recieved my refund Messed up my seat selection. I got it straightened out with the airline and the airline waived my seat selection fee on my connecting flight yet cheap flight fares still charged me and would not reimburse me!!! So I was ripped off and you just kept that money!!! Unbelievable”

“Very deceitful imformation. Prices literally skyrocket $150 per flight per extra bag. Represntatives on the phone are not helpfuk. They bluntly lie about the price & tell you a different price as you are about to pay. They try to trick you into paying more money in nay way possible. I have since been contacted and a reaosnable solution was provided.”

“The price was great but the information about the baggage allowance wasn’t clear for me , I didn’t realize that I just allowed for a personal item till I received the airline ticket email so, I was reached by Cheap Flights Fares customer service and they understood my situation and gave me a credit to be use in my next booking with them, looking forward to have a 5 star experience with them, thanks!”
