“Unfortunately booked the wrong information on my flight and I contacted Cheap Flight Fares for a refund and was going to be charged $100 for a cancellation. I had to pay an additional $50 to get the flights re-adjusted but was unable to get the times and dates I originally wanted. I was given half of the additional payment, $25, back as compensation for the re-adjustment of the flights.”

“I had no problem getting my ticket and the booking was fast and easy. The only reason for not giving 5 stars, the fare was advertised as $491.00 Canadian dollars but after booking $507 was drawn from my account. However while booking it let you know you'll be charged in US dollars. So for sure the rate fluctuates.”

“Awful customer service, fraudulent behavior. The representative was yelling at us on the phone. They refused to cancel the tickets within 24 hours of purchase and charged us more than $200 for cancellation. Will never book anything with this website.”

“Kind of expensive for a one-way. The website is full of clutter and it is tough to see what is required. The use of similar colors makes it tough to notice what is needed and what is just add-ons.”

“The website offers price lock for a fee. I bought a price lock for 24 hours. They day after I called as instructed (you cannot do this on the website) to request to ticket the flights. Was passed around twice as if this is a special case (they sell the service for a fee!) just to be then told the flights are not available anymore (they were. On their website for $50 more!. I was very angry and hung up to then get a call that they match the price and ticketed it. I would not use the price lock service anymore….”
