“Kind of expensive for a one-way. The website is full of clutter and it is tough to see what is required. The use of similar colors makes it tough to notice what is needed and what is just add-ons.”

“The website offers price lock for a fee. I bought a price lock for 24 hours. They day after I called as instructed (you cannot do this on the website) to request to ticket the flights. Was passed around twice as if this is a special case (they sell the service for a fee!) just to be then told the flights are not available anymore (they were. On their website for $50 more!. I was very angry and hung up to then get a call that they match the price and ticketed it. I would not use the price lock service anymore….”

“I was good with you but I will suggest you to make your customers satisfied as you are showing one price and when you are dealing with customers it’s another price . So I fell disappointed for that other wise it ok . Thanks”

“They asked up to upgrade so that my husband and I had the same price so that we could be seated together - that there were very few seats left. We did, both parts of the trip the planes were less than 1/2 full. I also waited 5 hours to send the tickets, I called at 11:30 which means I had to check back all night since we were leaving in the morning. It all worked out in the end the we paid more the process could have been much easier. Update I was contacted by the company they were interested in resolving - which meant speaking to their team and reimbursing and crediting up to $100 of the cost of the flight. So far I have not recieved the credit or the reimbursement.”

“After my initial review Cheap Fights reached out to me and in my opinion made things right. I would recomend them at this point. SUPER SHADY COUSTOMER SERVICE When purchasing ticket auto fill had wrong middle name. I noticed it after I received confirmation email. I called them within 10 minutes of purchasing to correct it, they wanted $98 to make the change. stating that was the airline fee. I called the airline, and they corrected it for free!!! I called cheap back and said airline had corrected and ask for them to send a new conformation with updated info and now they wanted to charge $75. SUPER SHADY !!! Date of experience: September 09, 2024”

“Not sure if I was almost a victim of a scam but after the purchase I received 4 calls from "cheap flights fare" but my caller ID stated (flights disruption call) it was three different person from India offering me a better and more expensive flight for the same price. I did not accept and it seems they were not happy about it.”

“Read a lot of poor reviews about this company, made me nervous when I needed to ask for a refund. First time I called for a refund I was left on hold for 30 mins and was hung up on... frustrating. However, second time I called my refund was honored, though I had to specifically cite the 24 hour refund policy and request an email confirmation. The email confirmation looked super unprofessional and not legit, but my refund was indeed processes. All in all not a terrible experience but not a great one either.”

“It was easy to look and get what I needed And I had to call, because I did not get my email with the information of my ticket,, they told me I had to wait 20 minutes, because they had problems with the system. Later on, I got a message to let me know that I have the info. On my email, and, yes, I got it. Thanks so much!”

“While we were happy with flight prices, we received misinformation about seat selection from a customer service representative prior to purchasing our tickets. He told us we would be able to select seats through Cheap Flight or the airline website, and the price range would be $20 - $200. After purchase when we went to the airline site to book seats, we were informed our only choice was to purchase from Cheap Flights. When we called. the CSR explained the pricingquoted was not accurate. She was apologetic and said she would report the incident. She was able to reduce the price of the seats we selected, but the range was no where near what was quoted initially.”
