“While we were happy with flight prices, we received misinformation about seat selection from a customer service representative prior to purchasing our tickets. He told us we would be able to select seats through Cheap Flight or the airline website, and the price range would be $20 - $200. After purchase when we went to the airline site to book seats, we were informed our only choice was to purchase from Cheap Flights. When we called. the CSR explained the pricingquoted was not accurate. She was apologetic and said she would report the incident. She was able to reduce the price of the seats we selected, but the range was no where near what was quoted initially.”

“This was an overall disappointing experience. I booked my flight, only to receive a text (not even a call) to be told that I have to pay more due to "dynamic pricing". When I asked why the flight was still being advertised on your website at that time at the original price, he kept repeating dynamic pricing. I don't think it is fair that I had to pay more because your company was too inefficient to process the payment in a timely fashion and even less fair that when I ask questions, I cannot get direct answers. I later received a phone call after my review was posted. I received an apology and an explanation of the circumstances, as well as a refund for the difference I had been charged. This follow up and explanation was greatly appreciated.”

“Cheapflightsfares stole my money. I booked the ticket and they kept it pending until the next day they sent me an email that the price had changed and I had to pay extra to have my ticket. I paid $30 extra after 1 hour of argument with the phone representative. I will never deal with you again. Update: The issue has been taken care of by a supervisor.”

“I thought flight currency was in local currency. Shouldn't your site be able to identify my location and update currency accordingly? Secondly, I could not check in online because all the code I could find in my email notification would not work. Update: I received a call from the team and my complaint were addressed respectfully and I will always appreciate an establishment that understands criticism is an opportunity to grow. Great site and great team. 👍 I will certainly be using the site cause I got a good deal still.😊 Update: The customer care team called sincerely to discuss the review and offered a coupon code to update my review. I attempted to use the code and it didn’t work. Called the customer care and I was told I have to call to use the code. Also, they will have to assist with the booking so that the code can be used. The customer care person I called said he would call me back within the an hour to book but I have not received any call back from them for the past three days. So you know, if they call you to change your review in the site and offer you some discount code or something. Just know it is a lie.”

“customer service agents should know rules better and not riff. when carry-on says "information unavailable" doesn't mean no carry on and you get charged for check in. he should have gone to jal's web page which says any economy fare gets a carry on and than sates this economy fare allows 2 pieces checked in. your agent kept on insisting i would have to pay for my checked bags and would not do the research and did not want to listen to me. very frustrating customer service.”

“I booked a flight at a really good rate & was excited about the great deal I had. But then, my Credit Card company delayed payment, until they could varify the purchase. Within 5 minutes of this notification, Cheapflightsfares would not honor the rate. They said tickets were limited and that rate was no longer available. They said I could purchase the ticket at $39 more than the previous rate...after a breif discussion....the agent offered me a $10 reduction, $29 more. I argued a little more and ended up paying $2 more than the original rate.....seems like my great deal had to be "negotiated" a little more! Cheap Flight Fares ended up calling me back and apologized for the inconvenience and offered me the original price plus a credit toward my next flight. The $$ wasn't the issue, it was the "up sale" that made it hard to swallow. But they were gracioius about the situation and conceerned about my expereiance...seemed to value me as a customer, not just another purchase!”

“Danish was supposed to call me on Friday to get hotels and he did not. He did get me flights which I appreciate. I still need transportation from a cruise dock to hotels and from Venice to Athens. I’m not sure if you can help me with that, but would appreciate a call, if you can. Thank you.”
