“I booked a one way flight from Frankfurt, Ge, to Newark, Nj, on Lufthansa for August 8, 2024. When reviewing my booking on Lufthansa's website, I notice that in addition to the flight I booked, there was also a flight booked for August 9 ,Houstn to Belize, an October 4, New York to Frankfurt.. Lufthansa Customer Service said to call Cheapflightsfares Customer Service, which I did. I was told not to worry, this was some sort of standard procedure and the unrequested bookings would disappear. However after two days, they are still there. It's been 48 hours, and although I haven't been charged for them, but I would like them to go away. Customer service has been in touch via text, email, and phone, and assures me thaat this is a random issue that occurs occasionally per other customers, but no one is ever charged for the unrequested flights, and they do disappear from the itinerary. They also contacted Lufthansa, and asked them to send me an email confirming my flight and seat selection, which they did. I've revised my initial review thanks to their efforts resolve my concerns. I don't mind improving my rating and revising my review again following my flight if all goes well.”

“I am very unhappy with your services. I made reservations on Thursday night to fly from Albany. New York to Sioux Falls South Dakota. I received a confirmation then at 2:30 AM on Friday I got an email that I needed to contact you immediately. Who is available to check their email at 2:30 AM. When I was able to respond later that morning, I contacted the phone number I was given, I spoke to a very nice Woman by the name of Chloe. I had a very confusing problem which was promptly adjusted by Marcel.”

“when email sent confirmed but no eticket replied back shortly until end of day which caused concerned whether the pruchsed had been confirmed or not even called in to check still not answer from the agent but asked me to increase the price to confirm which is not right but at the end of the day the ticket issued I am happy”

“Easy straightforward booking on line at nice prices, excellent rating. The only issue I had was a phone call from a supposed CFF agent claiming I had to re- book something he couldn't explain and when asked for my card number I knew it was a scam and hung up. I knew if there was an issue with my flight booking I would have received an email or text which never happened.Fraudsters every where out there! Beware! Other than that experience, CFF is a great option for finding good deals!”

“I really liked the ease of booking my flight. The only reason I have a reservation (pardon the pun), is because I received a text on my phone that I will get an $86 refund that I requested in conjunction with my booking. They had the correct reservation number, but I did not request this refund and I am worried that someone got my personal information.”

“Your software is pretty good and comfortable. The only thing is that you should be more transparent in terms of your pricing policy. For example, Canadian people should see that you are charged as USD. I mean it should be more clear.”
