“My name is Abdirizak Elmi, I can't start how far these leeches will go trying to extort money out you. I will start from the beginning when I spoke to a man named RONAN.He tried to convince me that the money he supposed to run on my Credit Card didn't exist,even though the money was taken out of my bank. I called several times back till I finally reached someone else. HIS NAME WAS KEANU REEVES kid you not. He assisted me to get my flight in order.few days passed and contacted them again guess who's on the line RONAN. Same condescending attitude but this I'm calling to reschedule my flight from Chicago to Buffalo NY. HE TOLD ME I HAVE to pay 287.00$ though I paid 389. I tried to explain I had an emergency and my mother was in the hospital. He said sorry but we need the funds NOW and hung up.PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM”

“I had an issue with the name of the passengers getting changed to incorrect names and when I called to resolve the problem I was told it was past the point of making this change which would result in cancelation fees rebooking at a higher rate. I posted my concerns in a review and low and behold a recieved a phone call from a real person who took the time to offer a resolution to the situation. So pleased to see this kind of customer service still exists.”

“The offer is excellent, however on Kayak it showed a carry on bag was included in the fare but hen rerouted to the Cheap Flights website, the deal did not include the carry on. I called and a representative said he took care of it and that the carry-ons would be included. Then a confirmation was sent for the flights that again showed the carry on as NOT being included...”

“I was directed to Live Chat. I don't think Brooke,( agent behind live chat) was very knowledgeable regarding baggage policies. I purchased a round trip ticket for my husband John to Poland.She was not aware that Carry on luggage is free with International flights. I was charged 120.for roundtrip carry on luggage fees. How do I get this refunded.?? 7/22/24 please advise cost of checked in bag. I might want to change from carry on, to checked in luggage.”

“Didn't realize there were going to be so many fees I usually use Google flights and I thought I would try something different, I think I'll stick to Google it has a lot less fees but if I decide to use something different I might choose cheap flights again.”

“Very easy to find the cheapest flights. I have two questions: why, on Business Class, $16 to reserve seats? Also there are two optioins that seem to overlap. Flight cancellation insurance as well as trip insurance ( which seems to include flight cancellation). It would be better to outline whether both are needed - or not.”
