“The staff was difficult to understand, which made our phone calls frustrating. We could have booked the flights ourselves on the airline's website and saved hundreds of dollars. Upon speaking to a company rep, he pointed out that our booking included a cancellation policy that was not offered directly on the airline's website, so the difference in cost was not as substantial. He also offered us a future discount on a future booking. We appreciate the followup by Cheap Flights Fares.”

“I paid $244 extra for the flights that I booked because Cheap Flights could not honor the original purchase. After I complained, they call and offered me $100 refund. I had to call 3 times and spend about an hour on the phone to confirm my flights. The information was also incorrect. It said I had to pay for checked bags when 2 checked bags were included in my premium seats.”
