“The price was listed at $208 but by the time my carry on fee both ways and seat each way and taxes were added on, I am paying a little over $400. I found that disappointing when I thought I had found a good price. It kept growing bigger and bigger. An agent called me to resolve my displeasure - she gave me $50 back and also a $25 dollar voucher for future flights. I am now a happy customer.”

“There has been a lot of changes in the travel industry off late. With the basic economy and other changes the fare changes has became a trend. This agency though did put in their perspective clearly enough for us to understand their perspective. Ultimately, if the fare changes we have to put in more amount but that's on the airline not them. “The fares start out good but they fail to mention up front that you will have to pay for a seat on each flight as an additional cost. That’s why they don’t end up being cheap flights. I found that deceptive. I was contacted by Marcellous with Cheap Flights and he was very nice and helpful. He explained how the seats were set up and I had actually misunderstood the process. I was given a discount and a one year flight credit. I’m a very 5 star satisfied customer now.”
