“Selecting the tickets was easy and the process was fast forward and easy as well. I had a small issue with the bag and the amazing customer service staff called me and made sure I’m satisfied. Thanks cheap flight team 😊”

“Very disappointed. Booked a Canadian flight from Abbotsford Bc to Brandon Manitoba. Never saw us funds until after it had been booked. Why why why???after talking to agent she said she would give me a credit for $100 for future trip. That helped”

“I booked I fight for the whole Family with a reserved seats. Now they cancel my seats reservations. I called houston the rep and tried to cancel my booking within 24 hours. He said that he will get me the assinged seats with free of charged. been calling since the day 1 of reservations sunday, to make sure it wil be booked with the reserved seats. because otherwise I will cancel my trip if my minors kids will not be seating with us. I tried cancelling it within 24 hours. but the keep saying I can cancel it there will be no cancalltions, or they will refund me my money but not the whole amount. they only reason I am cancelling is because they cancel my reserved paid seats which is already been reserved. but didnt get the reserved when I got the email that I got refund the monday in the morning,.,. I neen callling everyday 2-4 times to speak to person who helped me they are making excuses, either Houston is busy or his on the phone, or he is owrking on it.. Another person I spoke with another female rep Monday night around 8'sh still within 24 hours of reservations. promised due to inconvinent they will refund my all my reserved seats ($190 and $590) and they will take care off the reservations fee and I will get my assinged sits. I said I need a confirmations email that I will guranteed to get this refunds and the reserve seats. otherwise I will need the full amount of reservations.. they said they are working on it and they will send me the refund for ($190 +$510) and email will send out that night and the rep will call me.. no call and email receive.. I called back again the following day Tues , Morning, aftrnoon and night 5x they just making escuses, that houston is working on it or he is busy with another client. Weds same thing i called multiple times.. that he will be sending me the confirmations email and will talked to houston about my refund and ask to give me a call.. but never received any phone calls from them.. once but i missed on sunday.. but after that no phone calls back... so today, Thurs i checked my emial... not only I dont have my reservations from Hawaiii to Japan... now from heading back (japan to LAX) assinged seats not reserved from the email i received this morning. What is going on..”

“Very pathetic experience,I am robbed by your company,I purchased extra baggage option and paid 151 dollar with tickets but I was embarrassed on airport check in counter as Delta airlines asked for charges again and updated me that cheap tickets. People have cheated you. I have twice raised refund request but still there is no mail confirmation from your side and customer care department is non cooperative and non responsive .”

“My husband booked a one way flight for both of us from LHR to SFO. (Booking #1964093 and #1964085) It didn't go through on-line, so he called yesterday. The agent charged an additional $60.00 each to "confirm" the flights. That appears to constitute false advertising... That exceeds what was indicated on the ad. MOREOVER, then she changed the booking to round trip flights on her own and arbitrarily chose Decembr 17, 2024 as a return flight to LHR! This is erroneous. We ONLY want the one-way trip as was input at the $577.70 per person, price. Hopefully, some one will have the decency to call us or Email us from your company to rectify this issue. This review was written by myself and my husband. By the way when we called, the phone connects and then hangs up! The issue was immediately resolved by Lauren Smith. The $120.00 is being refunded. We deeply appreciate her efforts.”
