“Misleading fares advertised on momondo.com. I booked a fare advertised on momondo.com that looked peculiarly cheap. The fare was non-existant at the time of booking. I was called a few hours later and told the airline had increased the prices and was offered the same price as could easily have been booked on line originally with immediate confirmation with a host of other agents and directly with the airline. Never again. cheapflighfares should not be advertising fares they cannot provide as this lures tarvellers in misleadingly. I will say though, they did call and explain everything, and in the end after several unnecessary phone calls and relying on human intervention everrthing worked out. But better to book directly with the airline on their website: Same price, instant confirmation, no middle man, no unnecessary phone calls, etc.”

“I booked a flight. your policy says if we cancel the flight within 24 hours, we get a refund. It doesn't mention any penalty. But, you charged me $50 for cancellation within 24 hours. I had another booking with Expedia. When, I cancelled. I got the full refund. what do you things, I will do next time I am booking a flight? Issue was resolved. I Got a coupon for use on the next time I book a flight on their website.”

After I have completed booking and paid, I just got a text message state" Frontier Alert: There has been a change to my flight itinerary confirm code ..... and knowledge the changes, but I never agree or request to change ???”

“You say you have free cancellation within 24 hours, but then in the small print you advise there is a fee. That’s not FREE! **Update** After speaking with representatives from the company I have been advised the charges are from the airlines. The company and I have reached a resolution to my issue and will be making it more clear on their website in regards to the issue.”
