“Their website shows Free Cancellation within 24 hours. However, after I booked the ticket, I received a confirmation email saying there will be a fee if I need to cancel the trip. Then I called customer service. They told me they have to charge me $300 to cancel it. It’s ridiculous…will never book a ticket on this website”

“When to cancel my flight in less than 8hrs. Your company didn't want to give my refund. Your company policy states 24hr I should not be told that I couldn't receive a refund. Also I need to be able to understand what is being said to me.”
