I am writing to request the cancellation of two bookings with the following reference numbers: Booking Reference No: 1629134 Booking Reference No: 1629127 Unfortunately, I am currently in India and not in the USA as initially planned. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to proceed with the travel plans for the mentioned bookings. I had previously opted for the cancellation policy, and I kindly request your assistance in processing the cancellation for the aforementioned bookings. “The flight fare was reasonable until I had to pay $89 each way for luggage. That totally defeats the purpose of cheap flights. I will not use nor recommend this website ever again. I had a small carryon at that. It should be standard like every other airline$35 to $45. Ridiculous! It was for SPIRIT AIRLINES… wow👎”

“Immediately after I booked a Frontier flight Foster called me and said that one of the flights had been cancelled and he tried to get me to book a different flight on United. He tried to get me to change it to a layover in Detroit rather than a direct flight to San Juan. In a follow up call with Cheap Seats, my flight was confirmed and all is well. I was satisfied with the follow up and concern about my satisfaction with Cheap Seats.”

“I purchased a flight with the full refund option and I didn’t got the full refund, when I purchased in your website says that I have 24 hrs to cancel, when I did cancel before the 23hrs they didn’t give me the refunds cuz the “airlines policy” what is the point to purchase this if you guys are totally scamming people? I won’t be using or recommending this page again.”

“Price was cheaper than others but I am unable to buy baggage until 24 hours before flight and airline changed from Alaska to Delta. I believe Delta' bags are more expensive weight change less and unable to get carryon.”
