“Hours after purchasing my ticket, I got a call from cheap flights saying my price actually went up? That somehow 8 people booked tickets simultaneously and my rate disappeared yet I was able to book it. Sounds unprofessional and sketchy to me”

“Haven’t sent the person I purchased the ticket for on the flight yet. But the ticket purchase process was easy. Esp when it refunded my card and then charged it again. While it was locked hours after purchase. I was able to fix it. Quick. Through text. A plus. So far”

“I booked a flight, got a confirmation number, then they called/texted that there was a problem with my fare. They wanted to charge me almost 3 times the original amount.”

“Company tried to cheat me and say the flight price increased. Checked multiple sites and the flight price actually decreased . Then when I called the agent out on it he said he can find a coupon so he can run it at the original rate. I told him to cancel and I booked a with another site”

“You get what you pay for. You want to be stuck in the back of the plane in a middle seat buy a cheap flight ticket. To upgrade to an isle or window seat expect to pay half again what your seat cost while dealing with a person in India. Never again.”

“My card was declined after I had made reservations. A staff member called me later that day to inform me of the issue and let me know my flight arrangements were saved. They sent a link to complete payment. I'm glad they reached out and helped me resolve the issue.”

“How wrong I was! As it turns out booking.com has been genuine and fair with my concerns They gave it an honest shot. Saw me thru to the top.They are polite and always call back. Marcel was the best!! He was a great help. Very professional and patient. I found I was mistaken about this company. I found this company actually cares about their customers.”
