“I have great experience so far. I booked a reservation from farehubs but quickly realized it was a trick. Due to holiday, they told me only one was confirm, and other reservation would be on stand by. They asked me to pay $75 for each ticket to upgrade. I did not agree and asked to cancel my reservations. I told them i did not change my plan, it is canceled because the flight was overbooked. But they did not let me cancel and kept asking to upgrade. I called them again and talked to someone else, they tried to sell me again with a small discount to pay $50 to upgrade my booking. At this point, i refused all offers they offered. I went to cheapflightsfare, booked tickets, i got a better deal, purchased assigned seats and received e-tickets instantly. Everything went smooth and transparent.”

“This was the first time booked a ticket through this travel agency, they offered the same price I booked, and they sent a booking confirmation and issued the ticket right away, so far I am happy with the service”

“Cheap Flights, not being the actual airline, is limited in the service they can provide when there is an update needed to your booking. In my opinion, their customer experience could use some work as communication in the process is lacking, but the people who have been in touch are working to resolve my needs.”

“After giving a horrible review I was contacted by an agent from Cheap Flights. He has agreed to do what is right and refund me the money for the seats that were not booked, provided I update my review. It was nice to see that the company genuinely cared about what happened as is willing to correct it.”
