“Cheap Flights, not being the actual airline, is limited in the service they can provide when there is an update needed to your booking. In my opinion, their customer experience could use some work as communication in the process is lacking, but the people who have been in touch are working to resolve my needs.”

He has agreed to do what is right and refund me the money for the seats that were not booked, provided I update my review.
