“I just booked our flight and the website was very user friendly. I must say I need to reserve judgment until after our trip ( in December) is completed.”

“Was hoping as a first-time customer that I would have been able to cancel within 24 hours of purchase and get a full refund. However, I was given a $10 credit. Won't be using it and won't be back to cheap flights. It wasn't even an effort made to try and work with me. It wasn't a flight I wanted to cancel so quickly after booking but things happen. I know now to steer clear of them. Go to Expedia or anywhere else.”

“cheap tickets if your ok flying limited or add ons. customer service is nice when they respond. but policy math around changing flighs is twisted. 86 dollar ticket. new dates 86 dollar tickets. so understandably they charge a change fee and the price difference between tickets. the price difference for the above tickets was 90.80”

“Disappointed, as at time of booking tried booking two tickets and only one ticket got accepted and booked at the rate shown at the time of booking. Tried calling and chatting with the representative to get the same rate but no resolution.”

“Original comment and 2 star rating: They charged me $77 for a carry-on and then I got a statement from the airline saying the carry-on charge was $28 UPDATE: I got 2 calls explaining the discrepancy. The callers tried to be helpful, explained that the $28 was a partial charge and gave me a $25 travel voucher, but the Aliegients website offers a deal with 1 carry-on AND a choice of seat for $53 so I still only added 1 star to my rating. UPDATE 2: I never got the travel voucher and the 20% codes they emailed me didn't work, so it's back to 2 stars.”

“Everything was quick, easy and convenient- booking the flight, checking in, and keeping updated on flight details. Flight choices and times were also better than on other websites.”
