“Ticket purchased had an error with the reservation number. Have been on 3 phone calls with cheap flight fares within the first 24 hours and not confident the error has been corrected. Solution was ‘we will call you 24 hours before the flight and help access the boarding pass.’ I’ve been buying e tickets for decades and don’t recall ever having phone call(s) following the purchase. The last thing I want to be doing before the flight is be on another call with customer service. I was pushed to cheap flight fares through a trusted site. Will never do that again the savings weren’t worth the hassle so far. Stay with trusted companies.”

“It was great! Booked the flights, baggage and seats. All on one website. Unfortunately I used another website to book other flights and couldn't check bags or get seats. I do have to say they were cheaper. So if you could keep your prices down I believe everyone would use this site for booking”

“I had two experiences with customer service reps. The second rep did great. But I’m very concerned about the first rep scamming. She gave me the wrong total amount and actually added $100 to my balance out of nowhere. I corrected her only because I knew what the airline was charging exactly. She then proceeded to ask for my card number and I asked her to just use the card on file. She said that was not an option so I hesitated continuing the call. She then says hold on I’ll just use the card on file.”

“I was directed to Cheap Flights Fares through Kayak. The confirmation of my itinerary was immediate, and I received my et-ticket for one way Nice-JFK less than 24 hours later. Very efficient service. I fly on 11/9. If all goes well I'll write another review then.”

“My flight from SJC to ATL got cancelled by spirit airlines due to a Maintainence issue. I took the first leg from sjc to vegas. And only found out at the gate that the vegas to ATL flight was cancelled. Spirit did not notify me of this and has not confirmed about whether I will get a refund. I had to make a separate flight booking to get to ATL from vegas out of pocket. Cheap flights is helping me with getting a refund from Spirit.”

“The times that my email said for my flight were incorrect. Thankfully, Spirit honored their mistake and got me on the next flight out of LA to DFW. However, it got me into town at 4:30 AM as opposed to 12 AM. I had been dropped off by a friend at the airport at 5PM to make the 7:22PM alleged flight, only to find out that that flight had already left and that it was NEVER at 7:22PM. Next flight out was 11:30PM. I had to spend those hours in the airport by myself. AND GOOD LUCK TALKING TO LIVE CHAT.”
