“Sat on the phone for over an hour with the guy to get my flight. Argued over an hour cause he tried to charge me and additional $300 for my flight and he couldn’t give me a reason why. He finally gave me my ticket for the flight in the amount I was quoted at the beginning. He was not happy with me cause I wanted to pay what I was quoted and not the extra $300 he wanted. I paid extra to pick my seats and when I got to the airport I was the very last seat on the plane. So I paid extra for nothing. I will never use this site again.”

“Horrible customer service! When I called to verify that I had paid to check a bag the representative was rude and demeaning. She assured me that 24 hours before my flight, the checked bag would be "added" to my reservation. When I arrived at the airport, it had not been done. I had to take time to call and insist that they follow through. I don't trust this company at all and will NEVER use them again. If I could leave 0 stars, I would!”

“I requested a refund 1 hour after I purchased my ticket, they charged me $75 yet im still waiting for my refund?!!! What's up July 12th to Aug 7th is enough time.”

“Simple process for what seems to be less costly flights. The one issue I had with my booking was the fact that the price had changed from the time I booked the flights to the time the e-tickets were issued. Cheapflightsfares should find a way to honor the "booked" cost of the flight.”

“My Booking Number #1553690 and mY AIRLINES REFERENCE # IS BA/2C7SV7.It was a mistake done by my wife,they called us in less than 24 hours and they corrected it.I want to thanks to that company and their representative Mr.Mirtesella (I apologize if I misspelled his name) . Best wishes Ivet Nae”

“Customer service was very good no complaints there , but NOT happy that the rates went up $220 inside of 5 hours when card was declined. Did new card and it went though ok Revised —-review ——Marcellus offered me a credit for this issue. Thank you for resolving this issue!”
