“I had a booking from San Francisco to Singapore that this company messed up. They sent me a confirmation and I selected the seat on United Airlines and thought it was done. Two days later, when I checked on United, my reservation showed as canceled. There was no notice from Cheap Flight Fares of this cancellation. The only reason I found out was because I double-checked with the United website. When I called them, a woman called Hazel started showing attitude and would not accept me wanting to cancel due to their incompetence. She asked for another chance to book the fare which I refused. She then said it could not be canceled since she had already put in for a rebooking. Then she said she was going to hang up on me - which she did! 10 minutes later she called me back to ask me what I wanted and this time said she had put through the cancellation but it would take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up on the card. Abysmal behavior, incompetent service and a total time sucker since our afternoon went into sorting this out. This was an expensive business class ticket - over $3800 - now I am keeping my fingers crossed that they refund me my money. I will never book with Cheap Flight Fares again.”

“Couple of days after completing my reservation I was told the total price went up by $1000 so I had to resechdule for less. convinient flights. I understand this has to do with the carrier. I was contacted by Cheap Flight with a full explanation and offered a good-will refund.”

“The price was good, but the actual service is a little shady. 1st the price didn't include any bags. Not even carry on. I was ok with this as it might be a Spirit airline thing. But what I found shady was that they offered a $19 fee to be able to cancel your trip. The round trip was $130 + $19 and carry-on luggage was $144 both ways. For some reason the booking went through departing the correct day I selected, but not the exact day of return. When I called to fix this, they wanted to charge an extra $68 dollars. Saying the flight the previous day was more expensive. I checked spirit airlines and this was not true.(shady) then when I just asked to cancel since I had paid the $19, they said they would return the $130 but would keep the $144 for the carry on luggage for a flight I wasn't even taking. Very shady in my opinion. How is that even legal?”

“What a fiasco I had! OH MY GOODNESS!! I made a reservation on Cheap Tickets online for a $713.00 round trip ticket to and from North Dakota to babysit my grandson. When I got an email confirmation but not the e-ticket I called and was told that the ticket was not processed because the price went up $120. and there were no more seats. They said I could book the day before for a discount and only $70. more. I said no I wanted to travel on Friday. She miraculously found seats for "$70.00 more" on Friday! I said if there were seats why couldn't I get them for the original price? She said the price went up. I said no thanks, thank you anyway and hung up. I then called United and made and paid for a reservation with no problem. Paid a bit more, but no hassle! Then while waiting for the United confirmation I got an e-ticket confirmation from Cheap tickets for the original price on the original day! I called them and was told they ran my card after I was off the phone! I then got a text from United telling me I had two tickets!”
