“Booked online and card got denied for some reason. Then called customer service and changed to another card and the price owent up 300$ more. Service finally told me they will change it back to the same price after I asked to cancel everything, but my ending charge ended up being $13 more when the receipt stated it was going to be the same price.”

“Terrible experience. I originally was booking through the website. I deleted the fill to add myself as a passenger and the website didn’t ask me to enter my name. I booked and added my email. Everything was right, but the passenger info was wrong. I called immediately to change the passenger for myself and spent hours on the phone getting it corrected. Then I was charged $100 for the name change and I did it immediately after booking. Needless to say, I don’t ever want to book with Cheap Flights anymore. Almost missed my flight. I received ny ticket 1.5 hours before my flight was departing.”

“After a 1st time not being able to fulfill the tickets I had purchased, I had to pay an additional $160 for being told that tickets are still unavailable 3 days later!!!! Totally disappointed as generated too much stress. I was able to book the flights I wanted directly with the company.”

“Although the flight is cheap, that's about as far as it goes. I realize all the airlines are nickel and diming people to death with fees for everything. I despise that tactic. A person can't even pick a seat each way without it costing. Being disabled, I pretty much have to pay for the ability to sit in a spot that will provide what little comfort I'll have during a flight. Before you know it, that cheap flight can double or triple in price. I refuse to pay the high price of carry-on or checked luggage. I could literally ship my things in advance of my arrival and it cost less each way. Next, they'll be charging people for using the bathroom. Since you do what every other place does, average is the only way I can describe the review.”
