“I booked a flight and wanted to cancel it within the allowable 24 hour period. Called the agent that lied to me and said refund is not allowed. I called frontier airlines and was told within 24 hours cancelation allows for full refund. I called again and was lied to again and got the run around. Escalated to management that refunded my amount and offered compensation for my issue for any service for 2 years. I have tried to use my compensation on 4 occasions. They always have an excuse why I can't use it. This company is a joke. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Will never use this site again.”

“I thought it it went very well until I noticed the wrong departure airport was booked. I asked for flights out of HOU and my booking had me departing from IAH. Luckily, I saw it right away. Then, I just changed my flight directly through the airline. I dont fly much anymore, but if I reluctantly fly agin, I'll buy tickets directly from an airline.”

“Twenty eight texts, twenty eight WhatsApp messages, 32 emails with gate change notifications when the original terminal and gate never changed. No ability to add additional baggage to reservation. Seat map doesn’t work. No airline recognized confirmation number. Never again.”

“The platfrom was easy to book from and the price was interesting. However, the process was long and complicated. It involved several calls and email exchanges and the tickets were only issued the next day which added a lot of stress. The staff were helpful, responsive and polite, although tried to push for a different option than that requested which added to the frustration.”
