“Twenty eight texts, twenty eight WhatsApp messages, 32 emails with gate change notifications when the original terminal and gate never changed. No ability to add additional baggage to reservation. Seat map doesn’t work. No airline recognized confirmation number. Never again.”

“The platfrom was easy to book from and the price was interesting. However, the process was long and complicated. It involved several calls and email exchanges and the tickets were only issued the next day which added a lot of stress. The staff were helpful, responsive and polite, although tried to push for a different option than that requested which added to the frustration.”

“Site did not ask for my passport information when I booked. When I called your customer service he could not assist me so I had to wait on hold with the airline for over an hour to add this information. Update: good follow up from customer service. They quickly reached out to me and are assiting to resolve my issue.”

“bought all the extra and needed to cancel and would not get all my $$ back and then had to pay $180 more .. not happy They called and made it right.. they gave me a voucher for my seat and baggage. Much better”

“no option to review and edit your booking; if error you pay $125. States free cancellation w/i 24 hours but there is a $125 charge. Contacted customer service and they offerred me a refund of their booking fee which is $50..”

“The worst. My last flight of three was canceled and Cheap Flights Fares did not give me notification, even though I later found out from the airlines the flight was canceled the night before of departure. I got stuck paying for a hotel and had I known ahead of time, I could have made other arrangements.”
