“Fares are great but charging so much for a carry for each leg is outrageous. A 1 time fee should to cover both legs. A few of $77. Should cover you whole trip. That would be about $35 fee for each way .”

“Your website froze while I was rying to purchase a ticket. I could not go forward or back so I had to close the app. I had input enough information for you to charche my card although I did not get an itinerary, Flight, Gate or anything else. I attempted to get a refund but all of the agents I talked to could not givr mr s vslif code. Since the code did not work I figured that the purchase was not secured although the agents said that I could not get a refund. I called to Frontier and purchased a ticket. When I saw later that the charges apperaed on my account and I contested your charges since I never received confirmation.”

“Worst flight search site - this platform is used to get people to book at really low fares, only to send confirmation of pending booking so you are forced to call them. Even and putting your credit card in for and confirming purchase! Once you call them to ask why it’s pending, they will tell you that the promotion expired while you confirmed purchase or that many people booked at the same time, and as a result you got booted out of promotion. It’s a sales tactic for them. When they do tell you this flight is no longer available, they keep you on the phone to try to “match the price” or get the best price… only to sell upsell you and offer you something 5 times more than the initial advertised fares. It’s false advertisement and a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT BOOK … YES PRICES ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.”

“So I bought a ticket to fly apparently when it was priced high cause later on that day the price kept dropping. I’d call customer service to see if I can get a price adjustment. I was told no … not only that. I paid for check in bags when I bought my ticket I go to the airport And it’s not in flair airline records I then spend an hour on the phone with a cheap flight reps to get this fixed since I pre paid for it when I booked my flight … it was a joke”
