“Yes I did purchase a ticket and it was my mistake to choose a frontier airlines Witch’s second time doing it like before always late and got charged over for luggage which cheap flights didn’t give me an option to purchase a bag and the end once we arrive we have wait at least half an hour to the gate to get in.also another wait time for the luggage to come.”

“First timer and was good service by the first person I spoke to but then got a second call regarding my baggage and the man was aggressive in buying my baggage though their site. Almost made me cancel it all. So that will need improving, but overall was good, I hope no future issues occur with my flight like I have read other reviews.”

“I understand that it is not Cheap Flight Fares fault for any cancellations of flights. But when I had to speak with anyone in regards to rescheduling they were rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. I was never rude and understand their frustration with the airlines but they need to understand the customers frustration also. It is their job to take care of the customer and not act like we are bothering them.”

“Great service, didn't know how it all worked but I chose the flights I wanted and they booked it for me. Once I got my tickets it was confirmed at the price I wanted!”
