“I booked the flight on the website, paid for the flight (almost €3000) and then didn't get a confirmation via email. I had to call. When I called they said there was a waitlist for that flight. I said I booked it and paid for it so that couldn't be possible. They went away and came back and said they could get me on the flight but it would cost €100/pp each. I already booked the flights and paid so I said that I wasn't going to pay more, considering I chose those flights based on the cost and could have booked with another company that wouldn't pull me around. I was 100% convinced at that moment that this company was a scam. They confirmed the flights were fine and then I didn't get an email confirmation so I called again and finally got it - but it was a link to the airline surrounded by ads in the email so even the confirmation email seemed sketchy. There were a lot of typos on the website as well that made it feel fake.”

“Had to call for a problem. Had a flight that got canceled at last minute. Person on phone stayed with me 30 minutes on phone to gret me a new ticket at best price.”

“I didn’t like the price because it was just about the same price as other every $3 cheaper. I had to pay for my bag at the check bag station and I think it should’ve been included for the price. Then I had to book out of charlotte to get the flight I need and that was a 2 hour drive.”

“You confirmed our flights then the next day said it did not go through. We lost our original flight out and had to go later in the day. This was a work trip and you caused many delays and expenses not too mention your price went up almost $500. Disgusting”

“Although there were some challenges faced with a booking for a motel, I recieved a call from an agent afterward who was very helpfull and wanted to make things right. Cheapflights gave me a $25.00 refund to use for any type of travel to help compensate for the problem faced. I will book with Cheapflights.”

“I purchased tickets for a specific date. When the tickets showed up in my email, they were for a different date. I noticed immediately and got ahold of them within 10 minutes. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. After discussing the issue, they were able to offer to find a different flight for us. It wasn’t ideal but they did work with me to make a bad situation better.”

“I accidentally purchased a ticket through this website. Immediately, I received a call stating that my flight would not be able to go through and had to be switched. I reluctantly agreed and was assured I would be able to change flights if need be. The next day I received TERRIBLE customer service from an agent — first he tried to route my return flight through an AWFUL itinerary (thousands of miles and extra hours out of the way) and with a terrible, condescending attitude. (He should definitely be fired.) Now I am waiting to have my return flight booked on a comparable flight. They claim my fare will be reserved; they were unwilling to issue a refund, but claim I will be able to fly home without paying too much extra… no guarantees, though, and nothing booked. Bottom line. I ACCIDENTALLY booked through this website, and I will never do it again. It was a huge, costly mistake. The manager was at least respectful, but the agent who was so unhelpful and disrespectful truly needs to be fired.”
