“Al Caprio was very nice and informed me of an opportunity to upgrade for seats. He displayed kindness and patience and that is what matters when dealing with the public”

“I was very upset Spirit and their refund scam.I purchased tickets to go away due to unfortunate circumstances we had to cancelled less than 8 hrs of making the reservation and they would only refund $159.76 on a purchase of $432.72 which included insurance , check bag fee and seat. Absolutely unbelievable and totally ridiculous. My concern has been resolved”

“Not being a frequent flyer any more, I found it a little difficult and confusing to make my reservation, but in the end, I guess the price was right and the completion of the reservation was doable.”
