“I was very upset Spirit and their refund scam.I purchased tickets to go away due to unfortunate circumstances we had to cancelled less than 8 hrs of making the reservation and they would only refund $159.76 on a purchase of $432.72 which included insurance , check bag fee and seat. Absolutely unbelievable and totally ridiculous. My concern has been resolved”
